Intelion is a leader in industrial mining. Within the Intelion group, the IntelionX service operates as the first official solution for digital currency exchange in Russia. The platform works within the official framework, including verification and control tools that meet regulatory and banking infrastructure requirements. Additionally, Intelion is developing AI/GPU infrastructure for artificial intelligence projects.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities:
- **Financial Strategy and Management:**
- Formulating and implementing financial strategy considering the specifics of the crypto market;
- Building the financial architecture of the business: budgeting, planning, control;
- Financial modeling, unit economics, scenario planning.
- **Cash Flow Management:**
- Monitoring cash flow;
- Managing liquidity and cash gaps;
- Controlling large transactions and payments;
- Working with liquidity providers, OTC desks, banks.
- **Operational Financial Management:**
- Building a management accounting system;
- Controlling period closures and reporting;
- Tax planning and optimization;
- Automating financial processes and integrating with payment infrastructure.
- **Risks and Compliance:**
- Monitoring financial and operational risks;
- Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT and currency legislation;
- Interacting with banks, payment systems, and regulators.
Requirements
### Requirements:
- Higher economic education;
- Experience as a CFO for 3-5 years (in a bank, fintech company, or crypto project);
- Deep understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis;
- Understanding of the crypto market and OTC transactions;
- Knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory requirements;
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- Financial modeling skills;
- Experience with large cash flows and multiple legal entities;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, stress resistance, ability to work in a multitasking and rapidly changing regulatory environment.
