- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and 2+ years in leadership. - Experience with cloud security, application security, and cryptography. - Familiarity with Brazilian regulatory requirements (LGPD and crypto asset regulations). - Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.
