Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 10arx.
- Engage with traders to understand their workflow and pain points.
- Prioritize product features and decisions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop specifications and review flows.
- Establish product metrics from scratch and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify market opportunities and gaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management focused on crypto, fintech, trading, or AI fintech.
- Experience launching products from scratch.
- Proven track record with high grossing projects and product-market fit.
- Experience in early-stage environments (seed/pre-seed).
- Ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
- Deep understanding of prediction markets or willingness to learn quickly.
