An international group of companies engaged in IT development, affiliate marketing, payment solutions, and product platforms is launching a new direction and opening a new GEO. The position involves a strategic role in building the product from scratch and scaling the business internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy within the group's overall strategy.
- Launch the product in a new GEO from scratch.
- Build and manage a highly effective product team.
- Lead cross-functional teams in development, analytics, and marketing.
- Hire key specialists and develop the product function.
- Optimize internal processes and establish effective inter-departmental interactions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage backlog, and control timelines and quality.
- Plan releases according to the roadmap and allocate resources.
- Ensure technical stability, monitoring, alerting, and resilience.
- Define and control key product KPIs.
- Analyze user behavior, identify growth points, and improve customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports and present strategy to top management.
Requirements
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product or similar role in iGaming, affiliate marketing.
- Experience launching products from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills and team-building experience.
- Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user scenarios.
- Experience managing a cross-functional delivery model.
- Skills in budgeting and financial planning for products.
- Proficient in product metrics: CLTV, NPS, retention, unit economics.
- Systematic thinking, analytical approach, and data-driven decision-making.
