Responsibilities
- Track and process system deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Adjust and process customers' wrong currency deposits
- Cooperate with market distribution and processing
- Compile daily system operation data
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Analyze customer feedback for improvement
Requirements
- 2-5 years related working experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields
- Experience in trading market, third-party payment, clearing and settlement positions in banks preferred
- Keen sense of risk and ability to identify risks
- Strong logic analysis, communication, and expression skills
- Energetic, innovative, strong pressure resistance, sense of responsibility, and teamwork awareness
- Familiarity with Internet finance and traditional financial services
