Responsibilities
- Understand the operational needs of integration partners.
- Manage a team providing client servicing and inquiry management.
- Advocate for product enhancements and services.
- Develop processes to support business strategy.
- Resolve high-priority escalations and manage dependencies.
Requirements
- Familiarity with API architecture and troubleshooting.
- Excellent understanding of blockchains and their impact.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of institutional and retail crypto landscapes.
