Wildberries is looking for a Client Manager for Sales in Pickup Points to engage clients and promote banking services.
Responsibilities

- Communicate in person and attract clients for banking services at Pickup Points;
- Conduct identification of individuals and legal entities;
- Consult clients: identify needs and help select optimal banking products/complex product offerings, explain benefits and advantages of banking products;
- Assist and train clients in connecting to the Bank's online services;
- Advise clients on existing banking products.

- Achieve planned indicators for the number of financial products issued and activated by clients, including increasing wallet levels to MAX;
- Sell financial products to individuals and legal entities, including increasing wallet levels to MAX for individuals;
- Meet sales plans for financial products according to targets set by the immediate supervisor;
- Actively attract clients at Pickup Points;
- Provide quality and professional consulting and service to clients;
- Assist clients in selecting optimal banking products/complex product offerings based on identified needs;
- Advise clients on working with remote service channels (mobile/internet banking, ATMs, terminals, website, and call center), train clients to perform operations in remote service channels;
- Assist and guide clients in completing transactions through the mobile application;
- Provide operational and informational support to clients.
