Responsibilities
- Communicate with investors via email and messengers. - Respond to product, operation, and document inquiries. - Support onboarding and KYC processes. - Prepare and verify contracts and agreements. - Assist clients with account management. - Participate in process improvements.
Requirements
- Proficient in verbal and written communication. - English level B1–B2. - Experience with documents is a plus. - Experience with HNW clients is a plus. - Understanding of KYC and onboarding is a plus. - Education in economics/finance. - Experience in investment or financial companies is preferred.
Conditions
- Full-time, office-based. - Interaction with sales, legal, compliance, and product teams. - Probation period of 2 months. - Possible relocation to Cyprus after probation.
