CMO / Head of Traffic

Looking for a Head of Traffic to lead audience acquisition channels, build a growth system, and create a predictable flow of new users through the agency's infrastructure.

• Manage all audience acquisition channels and develop existing ones (Reddit, X, TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Analyze the effectiveness of each channel and make decisions: scale/restructure/close • Build a sustainable growth acquisition system focusing on economic efficiency • Launch new channels and regularly test hypotheses • Build and develop end-to-end analytics of the entire funnel: reach → transitions → subscriptions → target actions • Control the quality of the attracted audience and key business metrics • Manage unit economics of channels: cost of acquisition, payback, channel effectiveness • Lead teams and contractors within the direction • Set tasks for the content team, marketers, analysts, and related functions • Develop scaling processes and implement modern automation tools • Form regulations, processes, and a reproducible acquisition system

• 4+ years of experience in marketing and audience acquisition management • Proven experience in channel growth with positive economics • Experience working with multiple traffic sources simultaneously • Strong understanding of analytics, funnels, unit economics, and performance evaluation • Experience in building attribution systems and working with data • Understanding of short-form content mechanics and its impact on conversion • Experience in hypothesis testing and scaling successful solutions • Skill in managing teams and contractors through goals and metrics • Systematic thinking and high degree of independence **Will be a plus:** • Experience in subscription products or creator economy • Experience in scaling marketing directions • Use of AI tools to accelerate processes • Experience in building teams and functions from scratch
