Join Molecule as a Commercial Associate to manage BD pipelines, investor relations, and cross-functional deal activities.
Responsibilities
- Own follow-through on BD pipeline and track active deal workstreams.
- Manage and build investor relations with existing and new investors.
- Triage enterprise, pharma, and investor correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare for high-stakes calls and meetings.
- Draft and refine investor communications and partnership proposals.
- Build and maintain a commercial system for BD opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal activity.
- Analyse the science behind partnerships.
- Represent Molecule in calls with partners and investors.
Requirements
- Commercially hungry with experience in tech sales or BD.
- Not typically corporate; scrappy and entrepreneurial.
- Organised and relentless about follow-through.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with board-level memos and partner calls.
- Thrive in complexity and managing multiple priorities.
- Global flexibility, ideally willing to spend initial months in Berlin.
