Mining-Space is a next-generation data center. We build mining infrastructure in accordance with Russian legislation, focusing on technological efficiency and long-term partnerships. The business is growing, and we need someone to lead the commercial direction.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the mining direction
- Attract large corporate clients and build long-term relationships with partners
- Formulate pricing policies and tariff plans
- Conclude contracts for equipment hosting and electricity supply
- Build and develop the sales department from scratch
- Load our data centers: DC Serpukhov — up to 40 MW, DC Magadan — up to 150 MW
- Reduce costs: electricity, maintenance, logistics
- Monitor changes in cryptocurrency market regulations and adapt strategy
- Prepare reports and forecasts for top management
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience of at least 5 years in leadership positions in sales or business development — preferably in IT, energy, or mining.
- Important to understand how mining farms (ASIC, GPU) operate, be able to negotiate with large clients and energy companies, work with analytics, and make decisions in uncertain conditions.
- Higher education: economics, finance, technical specialties, or MBA.
