Job description

The Global Business Services’ (GBS) Commercial Solutions team ensures operational and programmatic excellence across deal cycles, increases revenue through transformative commercial constructs, and drives closure of Stripe’s sold portfolio. This specific role within the Global Business Practices’ Commercial Solutions team focuses on developing, launching, and maintaining commercial constructs and programs to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Independently leading large scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact. - Managing complex programs requiring significant resources and integration. - Supporting commercial program deal motions by partnering with Deal Pricing/Strategy Strategists, sellers, and stakeholders. - Working cross-functionally with various teams (sales, product, legal, finance, etc.) to develop, launch, and scale commercial programs. - Identifying systemic issues and proposing holistic solutions. - Navigating complex programmatic problems at scale. - Providing coaching. - Acting as a liaison for custom elements. - Facilitating meetings to optimize leadership effectiveness. - Advocating for positions and gaining cross-functional alignment. - Building credibility and trust. - Providing strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills. - Leading projects to solve commercialization issues.
