Job description
We are a developing iGaming marketplace looking for an experienced Community Manager to create a vibrant and active community around our platform. Our goal is to make the project a place where users return not only for gaming but also for interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the community around company products on social media, messengers, forums, and community platforms.
- Grow the Telegram player community by launching discussions, regular activities, and engaging mechanics.
- Create and implement a content plan: posts, news, announcements, and game updates.
- Prepare communications for users: email newsletters and push notifications.
- Interact with the audience: answer questions, moderate, and gather feedback.
- Conduct contests, promotions, surveys, track community sentiment, and analyze content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams on player retention and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager / Content Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
- Practical experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- Experience in preparing and sending email and push communications.
- Understanding of user engagement and retention mechanics.
- Excellent written communication skills in Russian (native level) and English (Intermediate level).
- Experience with CRM platforms and mailing tools.
- Ability to analyze metrics and improve campaign results.
