As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding newcomers at events
- Maintaining contact with regular members
- Ensuring a friendly atmosphere at events
- Collecting feedback and identifying issues
- Managing loyalty programs and rewards
- Engaging with community opinion leaders
- Developing communication scripts and standards
- Conducting basic analytics on engagement and retention
