Join KA DevHunt as a Senior Community Manager to lead and grow our social media channels, engage with our audience, and drive community activities in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop channels: Instagram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter)
- Regularly publish content and communicate with the audience
- Increase engagement (ER, retention, activity)
### Audience Interaction:
- Answer questions, moderate, and maintain a healthy atmosphere
- Gather and relay user feedback and pain points to the team
### CustDev and Research:
- Conduct user interviews
- Extract insights for product and marketing
### Community Activities:
- Organize live streams, events, challenges, contests
- Develop UGC and engagement
### Growth and Retention:
- Increase community activity
- Work on retention through communication
- Form a core of loyal users
### Team Interaction:
- Relay insights to product, marketing, CRM
- Participate in launching new features and events
- Be responsible for results
Requirements
### Requirements:
- At least 3 years in community management
- Experience managing international social media
- Background in gaming or digital products
- Management of Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution
- Conducting CustDev and interviews
- Understanding of engagement and retention metrics
- English language — C1 and above
### Love for Games:
- At least 2 from the list: GTA V, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft, ARC Raiders, Fortnite, Path of Exile
