Community Manager (Events) - Spanish/Portuguese Speaker

Binance is looking for a Community Manager to manage and organize online and offline communities across Spain and Portugal. The role involves leading community engagement through events and partnerships to expand Binance Academy initiatives.

- Manage and organize Binance's online and offline communities across Spain/Portugal. - Lead Telegram group moderation and implement Telegram bots. - Organize and execute events, including meetups, webinars, and workshops. - Establish partnerships with local crypto communities and universities. - Support recruitment and management of Binance Angels. - Create and proofread community content in multiple languages. - Moderate social media platforms and drive engagement. - Promote Binance's brand and products. - Collect user insights and feedback to optimize strategies.

- 3-5 years of experience in community management or related roles. - Experience with Telegram moderation and campaign execution. - Success in organizing events across various city tiers. - Ability to build partnerships with local communities. - Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese preferred. - Knowledge of Binance products. - Strong communication and content creation skills. - Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement. - Capable of setting KPIs and mentoring community members. - Results-oriented and self-driven.
