Community Manager / SMM

We are a small indie team creating projects in anime style: visual novels, dating sims, and games rated 16+ (with adult patches). We are looking for someone who can natively talk about development and support the audience.

🔹 What you will do: • Publish content on Discord, Patreon, Telegram, Twitter(X), Itch, and Reddit • Manage a content plan, selecting topics and post ideas • Create promotional content: screenshots, GIFs, short videos • Communicate with the audience

📌 Requirements: • English at level B2 • Ability to write clearly and friendly • Basic skills in social media or a desire to learn quickly • Awareness and understanding of what a good devlog or announcement looks like ⭐️ A plus will be: • Interest in anime style and visual novels • Experience managing Discord communities • Experience working with Patreon or Boosty • Skill in creating visual content (Photoshop, CapCut) • Understanding of the Patreon, Itch, and Steam ecosystems • Ability to find platforms for promotion and collaboration • Initiative and ability to maintain community activity
