Job description

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HR Team - Assist with US employee benefits and retirement programs - Serve as a contact for employee inquiries related to pay and benefits - Coordinate new hire onboarding activities - Support open enrollment activities - Assist with benefits renewals and surveys - Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems - Provide backup support for payroll processing - Facilitate employee leave of absence processes - Support compliance and reporting requirements - Partner with brokers and benefits providers - Review and approve employee expense submissions
Requirements
- 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in benefits or payroll - Bachelor's Degree - Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements - Excellent communication skills - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel - Experience with HR systems like Namely and ADP is a plus
Conditions
