Job description
We are a fast-growing fintech project acting as a technological bridge between merchants and payment providers in the igaming niche across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We operate in the igaming payments segment, which involves high-speed processes, complex compliance requirements, and constant work with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming compliance procedures from counterparties: drafting, reviewing, correcting, and completing contractual documents in English.
- Conduct Due Diligence of new counterparties: collect and analyze corporate documents, assess reputational and regulatory risks, prepare conclusions.
- Develop new and update existing internal legal documents of the company.
- Communicate with agents on incorporation issues of legal entities within the holding's expansion.
- Assist in corporate and tax support of holding companies.
- Other tasks within the position's competencies.
Requirements
- Experience in payment aggregators, PSP, EMI, or related fintech areas.
- Understanding of igaming payments specifics and provider requirements in the high-risk segment.
- English language B2+ level for correspondence and documents.
- Confident handling of legal documentation in English: reading, drafting, editing.
- Relevant legal education (primary or additional).
