Compliance Officer, Digital Assets

### Responsibilities - Support day-to-day compliance across two related Bermuda Class F licensees. - Help maintain compliance with the Digital Asset Business Act, AML/ATF laws, and custody requirements. - Work directly on BMA regulatory interactions, including supervisory requests and reviews. - Support AML/ATF activities such as customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, and escalation. - Contribute to compliance oversight for exchange activity, custodial wallet services, derivatives trading, and digital asset lending. - Participate in product and token due diligence and material change assessments. - Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed compliance into real-world workflows.

### Requirements - 6+ years’ experience in compliance, AML/ATF, or financial crime. - Experience in digital assets, fintech, crypto exchanges, or regulated financial services. - Comfortable navigating global platforms with local regulatory accountability. - Detail-oriented, practical, and confident exercising judgment. - Resident in Bermuda and eligible to work on-island.
