Construction Project Manager – AI Data Centers

### Key Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day construction execution for AI data center projects, ensuring alignment with program schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones - Manage and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain progress and resolve issues in real time - Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards - Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure construction aligns with Basis of Design (BoD) and identify constructability challenges early - Support implementation of standardized construction and delivery practices across multiple sites - Manage contractor performance, including scope adherence, schedule execution, and quality of work - Participate in contract execution, change order management, and commercial discussions with subcontractors and vendors - Track project schedules and budgets, identify risks to delivery, and implement mitigation strategies - Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning readiness to ensure projects meet company and industry standards - Provide regular project updates to PMO leadership and coordinate across internal stakeholders including development, design, and operations teams - Contribute to process improvement efforts to support scalable, repeatable project delivery - Additional duties as assigned

### Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish - Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure construction environments - Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations - Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules in complex project environments - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Additional duties as assigned
