Looking for a Consultant in Customer Value Management with experience in analytics and personalized marketing in the banking sector.
Requirements
• Experience as an analyst (Business / Product / Data) for at least 2 years in a bank.
• Understanding of personalized marketing approaches, NBA / NBO, and CVM.
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of ML / AI solutions and conducting A/B tests.
• Skill in gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews and formalization (BT, TZ).
• Ability to build a logical chain: "hypothesis→metric→KPI→effect".
• Understanding of customer data: transactions, product profiles, responses.
• A plus: Experience in implementing aCRM or GenAI solutions in fintech/telecom.
• Skills in calculating ROI, Uplift metrics, and overall economic effect.
• Understanding of ML model principles and generative content.
• Mandatory requirement: Experience in the banking sector.
• Citizenship: Only RF.
