Content Director

• Lead the operational activities of the content department (100+ employees) • Ensure continuous filling of the showcase (RU, BY, KZ, UAE, KSA, QAT) • Develop and implement KPIs for departments • Organize promotional launches and maintain the relevance of promo sections • Control the creation and publication of product cards (texts, photos, videos, attributes) • Oversee the development and updating of brand zones • Monitor review moderation and analytics • Ensure high quality of visual and textual content • Work on reducing the launch time of the assortment • Coordinate interaction with the photo studio and warehouse • Ensure product movement for content creation • Increase process efficiency through automation • Form budgets for content creation and control their execution. Plan payroll, CAPEX, OPEX • Prepare regular reports for management • Track the market and best practices in e-commerce content, implement new approaches

• Experience as a content department head for at least 3 years • Experience in e-commerce • Experience managing a large team • Ability to resolve conflict and contentious situations • Resource planning, understanding of business processes in e-commerce
