We are a content farm with over 2000 social media accounts, working with major international clients in the USA and Tier-1 markets, with a small share in the CIS.
Responsibilities
- Manage creators, editors, and freelancers
- Set tasks and control deadlines
- Review content and provide feedback
- Monitor the quality of hooks, structure, dynamics, and visuals
- Work with references, trends, and hypotheses
- Improve the production process
Requirements
- Experience in short-form content / TikTok / Reels / Shorts / UGC / SMM
- Understanding of content production
- Ability to handle a large volume of tasks
- English B1+
- Team management experience
