Responsibilities
- Select the best scripts from trends
- Assign tasks to editors clearly and efficiently
- Review videos for engaging hooks and dynamic inserts
- Monitor account growth and test strategies for improvement
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an SMM or Reels agency or strong freelance cases
- Managed multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze Reels with a critical eye
- Ability to set tasks and coordinate a team
Conditions
