Responsibilities
• Manage and develop all company platforms - Instagram / TikTok / Threads / Telegram
• Write scripts and organize the production of 50+ vertical videos per month
• Build a content funnel and set traffic to lead magnets - the main goal is to generate leads
• Manage the team - set tasks for operators, editors, and designers, control results
• Organize shoots - including offline outings
• Analyze competitor content and suggest converting topics
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in SMM/production - specifically with vertical content in large volumes
• Proven cases with real metrics - leads, applications, conversions, and readiness to demonstrate them
• Understanding of the production chain: script → shooting → editing → publication → analytics
• Knowledge of how content converts into applications - thinking about the funnel
