## What You’ll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles - Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates - Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organization and follow-through - Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward - Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive candidate experience from outreach through offer - Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress - Write, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms - Monitor funnel metrics and identify ways to improve conversion and candidate flow - Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles - Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices

## What We Look For - 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles - Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills - Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail - Experience using an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter - Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring partners - Strong organization and ability to keep multiple roles moving at once - Comfort using recruiting metrics to track progress and improve outcomes - Ability to adapt quickly as hiring needs and priorities evolve - Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, including identifying and nurturing high-performing, diverse talent, while fostering an environment of objectivity, open communication, and mutual respect.
