- Own Coinbase's business performance in India, with direct accountability for user growth, revenue, and long-term market position.
- Drive the country strategy by synthesizing market, regulatory, and competitive analysis into high-impact growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Policy.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape and launch locally relevant products.
- Shape Coinbase's regulatory and policy positioning in India by engaging directly with regulators and stakeholders.
- Build and develop a high-performing local team.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Senior leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM, Country Head, or Founder) scaling a platform, e-commerce, fintech, or trading business in India.
- Direct experience engaging with Indian financial regulators and policy stakeholders.
- Track record partnering with Product, Marketing, and Business Development in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of India's regulated financial services ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead in a remote-first, globally matrixed organization.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
