Job description
We are looking for a Country Manager in an international outsourcing contact center, working with FinTech and iGaming products. The company has been in the market since 2018, with over 5000 employees worldwide. The business is actively scaling with a focus on systematic and transparent processes.
Responsibilities
- Grow active audience by attracting new traffic and retaining active users. - Control financial metrics such as GGR, NGR, Turnover, and Bonus Cost. - Assist the PSP department in finding and integrating payment providers. - Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies. - Participate in creating welcome packs to influence retention metrics. - Interact with local partners and contractors. - Manage social media and reviews on specialized platforms. - Analyze and optimize business processes to achieve goals. - Conduct daily analysis of product metrics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. - Experience in iGaming projects. - Successful product launch and development in regions like KZ/UZ, CIS, AZ/TUR, Canada. - Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels and ability to set up communication channels. - Understanding of payment solutions and their popularity in different GEOs. - Ability to analyze competitors and highlight unique selling propositions. - Experience in combating fraud and bonus hunters. - Experience in team leadership and interdepartmental communication.
