An international iGaming company with 20 years of history is looking for a Country Manager / GEO Owner to develop and scale key markets.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and scale GEO within the company's overall strategy
- Analyze the market, competitors, and seek new growth opportunities
- Coordinate the work of Acquisition, Affiliate, CRM, Payments, Support, and VIP teams
- Control product localization and UX for the market
- Participate in the development of payment infrastructure and implementation of local payment methods
- Form initiatives to increase FTD, retention, and revenue
- Work with local partners, affiliates, and other acquisition channels
Requirements
### Requirements
- Practical experience in launching from scratch or long-term scaling of the required GEO in casino products
- Experience interacting with payment providers and understanding the payment infrastructure of the stated GEO
- Experience coordinating multiple directions and working with cross-functional teams
