Responsibilities

- Launching the brand in Latin American countries and achieving key business metrics;
- Developing local payment infrastructure (PSP, banks, alternative payment methods);
- Scaling performance, affiliate, and partner acquisition channels;
- Adapting the product to local demand, user behavior, and regulatory requirements;
- Building processes and forming a local team as needed.
Requirements

- Experience in launching, developing, or scaling international markets;
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other fast-growing digital products;
- Understanding of the LATAM payment ecosystem is a plus;
- Strong product and growth expertise.
