- Background in operational product management.

- Managing a remote cross-functional team (engineers, design, QA, analytics).
- AI-first approach - ability to code small pieces for A/B testing or mockups.
- Nice to have: Technical background, experience in AI/neural networks, understanding of no-code/low-code market, experience launching products in new geographies.
