An international group of companies working at the intersection of IT development, affiliate marketing, payment solutions, and product platforms. They are launching a new direction and GEO where the product and all product functions will be built from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy from scratch.
- Launch product in a new GEO.
- Build and manage a strong product team.
- Lead cross-functional teams (dev, marketing, analytics).
- Hire key specialists and develop product functions.
- Prioritize backlog, manage roadmap, control timelines and quality.
- Establish effective internal processes and interdepartmental interactions.
- Control technical stability of the product (monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance).
- Define and control product KPIs.
- Analyze user behavior and improve customer experience.
- Regular reporting and strategy presentation to top management.
Requirements
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects.
- Proven experience launching products from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills and team-building experience.
- Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user scenarios.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery models.
- Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning for products.
- Systematic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English.
