Job description
We build and scale adult products in the format of Telegram Mini Apps — interactive services, gaming mechanics, and content for an adult audience with a focus on retention and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the product direction
- Formulation and implementation of product vision and growth strategy
- Driving key metrics: DAU / MAU, Retention, ARPU, LTV
- Managing cycle: hypotheses → MVP → scale
- Prioritizing roadmap through business results
- Optimizing funnels and developing monetization (subscriptions, in-app, Stars)
- Leading a cross-functional team
Requirements
- Experience at CPO / Lead Product level for 5+ years
- Experience launching and scaling products (0 → growth)
- Strong product analytics and unit economics
- Experience with retention-driven products
- Data-driven approach and high decision-making speed
- Experience with Telegram / Mini Apps or quick adaptation
- Experience with AI/LLM products (characters, chat experience)
