- Bring creative ideas to life through code.
- Build beautiful and functional digital experiences.
- Work across brand websites, product interfaces, interactive experiences, and experimental projects.
- Prototype ideas quickly and integrate emerging tools and AI into creative work.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 5–8+ years of front-end development with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework).
- Solid design foundation—understanding typography, layout, color, and motion.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, or similar) and ability to move fluidly between design and code.
- Experience building and shipping websites from concept through production.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and comfort experimenting with new technologies.
- Experience mentoring or leveling up team members' technical or creative skills.
- Bonus: motion design, web animation (Three.js, GSAP).
