Responsibilities

- Control editing, dynamics, pace, and narrative logic
- Select mood boards, references, and visual direction
- Ensure a consistent style across videos, motion, and static materials
- Work with AI tools for video creation
- Review and approve final videos before release
- Track trends in short videos for social media
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a creative producer, video editor, or post-production manager for at least 4 years
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual tempo
- Experience writing briefs and storyboards
- Experience with AI tools for video is a plus
- Ability to work with creative, design, and production teams
- Proficiency in Russian and English
