Job description
We are looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to oversee the full creative production cycle and manage freelancers. This is a fully remote position with a salary up to $2,300.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Own the full creative production cycle: from brief to final asset delivery - Manage and coordinate freelancers (designers, motion, etc.), including onboarding, task assignment, and quality control - Collaborate with Creative Strategist to translate concepts into production-ready tasks - Work closely with MPO / AdOps teams to ensure correct formats, specs, and delivery - Set up and maintain task management systems (e.g. Asana), including boards, templates, and workflows - Optimize and scale production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time - Manage and mentor 1–2 creative assistants, including task delegation and workload prioritization - Support planning teams with input on creative capabilities, timelines, and production capacity
Requirements
### Requirements - 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital, or agency environment - Strong understanding of digital creative formats (HTML5 banners, Rich-Media, Overlays, Audio etc) - Proven experience managing production workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders - Hands-on experience with task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.) - Experience working with freelancers and external vendors - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail - Ability to structure and improve processes in a fast-paced environment - Experience or strong interest in using AI tools in creative production workflows
