Job description
We are an international iGaming product focused on performance and retention. We operate in a partnership model, growing rapidly and building a strong product team.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM strategy (email / push / sms / in-app) - Segment database and build CJM - Launch and optimize retention / reactivation campaigns - Work with bonuses, promotions, wagering mechanics - Analyze metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, ROI of campaigns) - Conduct A/B testing of hypotheses - Collaborate with product, analytics, and affiliate teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM / retention in iGaming - Understanding of metrics and unit economics - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce / Optimove / custom solutions) - Strong analytics and data handling skills - Experience with bonus mechanics and retention
