Responsibilities
As a CRM Manager, you will:
- Manage CRM and retention strategies.
- Utilize Customer.io, Twilio, and CRM tools.
- Analyze player lifecycle and retention metrics.
- Launch, measure, and improve marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and coordinate CRM specialists.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in iGaming CRM/Retention.
- Proficiency in Customer.io, Twilio, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of retention marketing and player lifecycle.
- Ability to work with metrics and hypotheses.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Experience with Tier-1 markets and SoftSwiss.
- B2C sales experience or strong sales approach.
- Experience managing multiple products.
- Mentorship or coordination experience.
