Job description
Remote CRM Manager role in an iGaming project focusing on improving user funnels, retention, and LTV through hypotheses, tests, and CRM communications.
Responsibilities
- Improve user funnels and lifecycle metrics through product and CRM hypotheses. - Work on retention, LTV, and cohort profitability to propose and implement improvements. - Formulate, prioritize, and test product and communication hypotheses. - Launch and optimize CRM communications (email, push, SMS, messengers). - Regularly test and optimize texts, offers, timings, scenarios, and channels. - Evaluate test results and impact on key metrics with analytics. - Task during probation: increase retention in mobile apps.
Requirements
- Practical experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing in iGaming. - Understanding of product metrics: activation, retention, conversion, LTV. - Experience with cohorts and understanding the link between traffic, user behavior, and revenue. - Willingness to combine analytics with practical implementation: launching chains, tests, and iterations. - Basic understanding of performance channels and the impact of traffic quality on metrics.
