Looking for a CRM VIP Manager with experience in iGaming and CRM retention. Remote position with flexible start time.
Responsibilities
• Launch and manage CRM campaigns for VIP/pre-VIP (email/push/SMS/in-app).
• Set up and develop automatic retention flows (reactivation, churn, lifecycle).
• Work with bonuses and promotions (reload, cashback, FS, tournaments).
• Control the accuracy of accruals.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness (OR/CTR/CR, retention uplift).
• Collaborate with the VIP team and development.
Requirements
• Experience in iGaming/Betting for 2+ years.
• Experience in CRM/Retention (middle+).
• Practice in launching mass campaigns and automations.
• Understanding of lifecycle and key metrics.
• Confident data handling.
