As a Cross-Border Payments Manager, you will design and manage complex payment solutions in an international environment. - Design payment solutions tailored to client needs - Manage transactions from start to finish - Communicate with clients and coordinate teams - Handle non-standard scenarios and optimize payment processes - Contribute to the development of company payment infrastructure

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in fintech and payments. - 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or banking - Understanding of payment infrastructure: SWIFT, SEPA - Experience with complex cases: routing, optimization - Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYB in operational context - Systematic thinking and attention to detail - Fluent in Russian, English B2 level
