CTO / Chief Technology Officer

Looking for a Chief Technology Officer with 5+ years in fintech. Must have experience in banking integrations and regulatory compliance. Remote position available for candidates in Europe, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan.

### Requirements - 5+ years of experience in fintech in Team Lead / Architect / CTO roles. - Understanding of security and regulations. - Real experience in building banking integrations. - Leadership and strategic skills. - Experience with SBP (Fast Payment System) is a plus. - Knowledge of card processing (Visa / Mastercard / Mir). - Experience in building observability (SLA / SLO / SLI). - Participation in certification according to financial industry standards. - Understanding of DORA, Open Banking, and banking API standards. - English B2+.
