CTO - Crypto Mining & CTO - Crypto Wallet Platform

We at EMCD are developing a global crypto/fintech ecosystem and are currently strengthening two key technological directions.

### CTO - Crypto Mining - Technical strategy and architecture of the Mining Pool; - Development of systems for accounting hash rate, rewards, payouts, and monitoring; - Ensuring reliability 24/7, high availability, and security of the infrastructure; - Managing engineering teams and developing engineering culture; - Implementing CI/CD, observability, incident management, and RCA; - Interaction with product, security, and platform teams. ### CTO - Crypto Wallet Platform - End-to-end technical vision and architecture of the crypto-fiat wallet platform; - Scaling onboarding, payments, custody, swaps, and Web3 assets; - Implementing AI in the product: personalization, fraud detection, financial insights, support automation; - Managing cross-functional teams: backend, mobile, DevOps, data, security; - Developing integrations with banks, PSPs, blockchain networks, and custodians; - Ensuring compliance with security, compliance, AML/KYC, PCI DSS, GDPR requirements.

### CTO - Crypto Mining - Experience as CTO / Head of Engineering / Lead Architect for 3+ years; - Experience with high-load, distributed, or real-time systems; - Understanding of mining pool mechanics or blockchain systems; - Strong expertise in system design, reliability, and observability; - Experience in crypto / Web3 / fintech is a plus. ### CTO - Crypto Wallet Platform - Experience as CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Engineering for 7+ years; - Experience in creating and scaling fintech or crypto products for a large number of users; - Strong background in distributed systems, payments, or wallet infrastructure; - Experience with crypto custody, multi-chain systems, and transaction flows; - Experience scaling engineering teams of 20+ people; - Experience bringing AI/ML functions to production is a big plus.
