Seeking a Customer IT Support Engineer with over 2 years of experience in IT support and operations, proficient in SQL, API, and monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in IT support/operations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana).
- Knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL fundamentals.
- Understanding of AI Agents is a plus.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- High level of expertise.
- Responsibility and communication skills.
- Fluent English required; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
