Job description
Join as a Customer IT Support Engineer to solve technical issues for AI Agents platform users. Remote work from North/South America and Western Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support and resolve technical issues for customers using the AI Agents platform.
- Monitor system status and respond to incidents.
- Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery.
- Inform stakeholders and clients of updates.
- Conduct incident analysis and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in IT support/operations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana).
- Knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL fundamentals.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Prometheus, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AI Agents is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- High responsibility and communication skills.
- Native English proficiency required (Spanish is a plus).
