## What the Candidate Will Do - Field partner inquiries and manage escalation workflows. - Build processes, knowledge base, and tooling for sustainable support. - Select, implement, and optimize AI-powered support tools. - Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance. - Design and manage BPO strategy as volume grows.
