Job description
Allium is building the System of Record for Onchain Finance, ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains. We serve finance, accounting, risk teams, engineers, product teams, and strategy teams, providing a trusted source of truth for onchain financial activity.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, product adoption, training, renewals, advocacy programs, and expansion across accounts.
- Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies.
- Partner with Sales for upsells and cross-sells.
- Build executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
- Translate customer feedback into product insights.
- Develop customer health scoring systems.
- Create frameworks and customer education programs.
- Turn successful customers into advocates.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products.
- Track record of developing Customer Success strategies.
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and high-velocity users.
- Understanding of customer health modeling and risk mitigation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills.
