Mindbox is the largest cloud marketing automation platform in Russia, helping over 800 companies, from Dodo Brands to M.Video, to create effective personalized marketing.
Responsibilities
- Help clients grow revenue and achieve other business goals using Mindbox tools
- Build relationships with decision-makers: agree on success metrics, negotiate the connection of new product tools, plan budgets
- Manage 12-15 clients from various sectors of medium-sized businesses simultaneously
- Set up automatic scenarios, segments, pop-ups in Mindbox
- Train clients to work in the system
- Prepare technical specifications, selecting the necessary API methods for client tasks
Requirements
- Experience managing projects in a team of at least 2 people: at university, personal projects, or work
- Independence in decision-making: you don't need someone to always tell you what to do
- Openness to feedback from clients and colleagues, willingness to reflect and change
- Focus on quality and usefulness in work
- Experience working with clients/entrepreneurial experience or work in a helping profession
- Interest in marketing: for example, launching ads in Yandex.Direct
- Interest in IT: know what an API is, not intimidated by HTML
- Experience working with clients: identifying tasks, negotiating
- Experience training others: for example, teaching or working in technical support
- Knowledge of A/B testing and control groups
