Responsibilities
- Support customers in the technical integration of the product.
- Set up integrations with advertising platforms.
- Prepare recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on ad campaigns and A/B tests.
- Design and deliver progress reports to customers.
- Manage project documentation and billing.
- Participate in weekly status meetings with customers.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in online advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Yandex.
- Experience in Online Campaign Management, Account Management, Web Analysis, or Customer Success.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Higher education, technical degree is a plus.
